THIS IS HOW WE COOK…
Immersive setups. Instinctive cooking. Fire at the center of it all.
We don’t chase concepts, we build experiences. Cooking for us is instinctive: fire first, everything else follows. Our setups are immersive, our formats bold, and every flame is there for a reason.
We use primal techniques. We grill, hang, bury, roast, but push them with creativity and skill.
Ingredients lead the way. Seasonal produce, whole animals, herbs, and spices chosen for how they behave over flame, smoke, and time. And while fire does the talking, there are always fresh sides and salads built to balance the burn.
This is experiential dining stripped back to its core, not a trend. Meat the Fire is where instinct, craft, and fire collide.
THIS IS HOW WE HOST
Fire doesn’t stay in one place, it moves, adapts, and takes over any setting we bring it to. From intimate dinners to full-scale events, we design formats that are immersive, instinctive, and always centered around the flame.
Sometimes that means live stations with fire and smoke rising in front of your guests. Sometimes it means a whole lamb turning in the desert under the stars. And sometimes it means catering directly at the table, a plated, elevated experience where every course arrives with the precision of fine dining, but still carries the soul of fire.
Wherever we take it, the energy stays the same: raw, bold, and unforgettable.
Where the fire adapts: at the table, in the crowd, under the stars.
Instinct, smoke, and smiles.
MEAT JEROME
Trained under Francis Mallmann, the king of open-flame cooking, Jerome doesn’t just grill, he creates. Every plate is driven by instinct, smoke, and obsession. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just real cooking, the way it was meant to be. What makes him different isn’t just his training or skill, but his complete devotion to the process that demands sweat, patience, and a love for chaos.
In a world chasing shortcuts and trends, Jerome stays true to the elements: meat, veg, wood, and time.
That’s the difference. That’s the man behind Meat the Fire.
